Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges of non-sale items are gladly accepted within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping:
Before shipping anything back, please contact me at ink@debralumpkins.com and wait for a response so we can work out the best solution (for example, sometimes it’s not necessary to send an item back). If we agree you’ll need to return the item, you should ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
