Description
Tiger Rockfish (Sebastes nigrocinctus) are known for their distinctive markings. They can grow up to 61 cm (24 in) in length and 3.4 kg (7.5 lb), and can live to be over 100 years old! Tiger Rockfish are known to hide in jetties and rocky places where there’s a lot of shrimp and crabs.
They can be found in the Northeastern Pacific Ocean. This speciman was caught in Tofino, British Columbia, Canada by local fishing guide Ryan Cameron.
Printed with soy-based inks on washi paper. It measures 12 in x 18 in. Titled and signed in pencil, then stamped with my red seal. It will arrive with a certificate of authenticity.
